Working hours and communication
We work in Nepal Standard Time (UTC+5:45). Our working day overlaps with the Gulf region and East Asia for most hours, and with Europe and Australia for several hours. For North America we agree early or late call windows. Communication is in English.
Confidentiality and ownership
We sign an NDA before files are shared. The contract states who owns the designs and when ownership transfers. Project files are shared through access-controlled channels.

How do you price work?
Per project, per month or per hour, depending on the model. You receive a written quote before work starts.
How are payments handled?
Payment terms are written in the contract, normally against agreed milestones.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign yours or provide a standard one before any files are shared.
Can you build as well as design?
For many projects, yes. We can arrange fabrication, assembly or installation in Nepal.
