To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. We do not sell personal data.
Website assistant
Chat text and optional PNG, JPEG or WebP images are sent to our configured AI inference service to answer your question. Chat turns are kept temporarily in API memory for up to 30 minutes and are not saved as chat history. Helpful / not helpful votes are retained with a pseudonymous visitor key to improve which public information is shown. Voice input and read-aloud use the speech features provided by your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the business relationship and legal obligations.
